Job Title: (SENIOR) Outsourcing Risk Advisory Consultant
Description
The increasing trend to outsourcing activities entails a number of important decisions. Active risk management can substantially reduce internal, external, and market performance risk exposure while allowing the organization to obtain the main benefits of any outsourcing initiative.
Hence we see an increased demand within the business world for independent advisory on Outsourcing Risk Advisory Services.
With this in mind, Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services has a growing Outsourcing Risk Advisory Services team.
Therefore, within our Enterprise Risk Services department in Diegem, we are currently looking for a (m/f):
(SENIOR) Outsourcing Risk Advisory Consultant
Your career
As Outsourcing Risk Advisory Consultant you will:
- Lead or support business development and marketing in the field of Outsourcing.
- Review Risks encompassed with outsourced environments at clients
- Assists clients to manage risks in the complete outsourcing lifecycle (Strategy, Risks and Regulations, RFP, Contract, Negotiations, Transition, Execution, Exit)
- Build long-term trust relationships with clients
- Follow-up evolutions in the field of outsourcing and develop and share your knowledge
Your profile
- You have business and/or IT knowledge thanks to your higher educational background and your former work experience.
- You have obtained or want to obtain experience in the following fields: Risk management, outsourcing lifecycle (Strategy, Risks and Regulations, RFP, Contract, Negotiations, Transition, Execution , Exit)
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills (Dutch or French and English) and are able to develop relationships and influence client staff and managers
- You have good business and process analysis skills
- You have knowledge of business and ICT concepts (e.g. value of IT, impact on business and ICT processes, HR aspects)
- You like to work in teams, are creative and willing to learn and develop new skills
- You strive towards excellence in your field and maximal client satisfaction
