• Coordinate the daily job of IT professionals and software developers – manage an international team
• Manage and maintain the organization’s repository of business applications and systems through best practices and the appropriate staffing and management of the technical team.
• Plan and coordinate the processes required for the provision of business applications and systems necessary to support business unit operations (mainly the International Payroll Operations Team).
• Apply communication and problem-solving skills to actively assist the International Payroll Operations Team on issues related to the design, development, deployment and operation of mission-critical information and software systems.
• Responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and security of all business application systems.
• Responsible for proposal and contract preparation, cost/benefit analysis, system analysis and design programming and implementation activities for new application initiatives.
• Formulate and define technical scope and objectives of business applications.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business discipline and
  Demonstrated development or application experience.
• Experience in managing, administering, supporting and monitoring business applications is needed.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Project Management experience
